CHAMBER MUSIC SERIES

Blue Mountain Ensemble
Sunday, July 13

The 2008–9 season of our acclaimed chamber-music concert series begins with a trio of accomplished musicians from Greensboro and Durham known as the Blue Mountain Ensemble. The group features Michael Burns on bassoon, Carla Copeland-Burns on flute, and Elizabeth Tomlin on piano. Their program is inspired by the NCMA exhibition Far from Home and includes works by Brahms, Prokofiev, and Foss.
